A number of formal training certifications are required of UC employees in order to work in and around the Hydraulics Laboratory. The exact mix you need depends on your specific job requirements. If you have any questions about which certifications you need, or how to get them, see Hydraulics Laboratory staff.
*The Lab Safety for Professionals/IIPP course is the minimum required. Check http://www-ehs.ucsd.edu for other courses you may need to safely function in your job. Subscribe to the Hydraulics Laboratory mailing list at https://iod.ucsd.edu/mailman/listinfo/hydraulicslab
